Decadent Designs Bakery was started in 2006 by Diane and Jim Pasciolla. In just a short time the bakery had established a fine reputation for producing great tasting cakes, made from scratch, for birthdays, special occasions, and of course, weddings.

In addition, eclairs, brownies, NY cheese cakes, giant oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip cookies, and moist carrot and red velvet cakes were fast becoming neighborhood favorites.

In January 2009, the McKissicks, Charles and Marilyn, purchased the bakery and while the superior quality has remained the same, other changes have begun to take shape. With the festive new paint job, re-arranging the floor space, adding several staff members, and a growing product line, Decadent Designs Bakery is on it’s way to becoming South Charlotte’s ‘Neighborhood Bakery of Choice’.

We are proud of our baking and design team, which includes two graduates of Johnson & Wales University, Charlotte, as well as a Designer from New York with 15 years experience.

At Decadent Designs Bakery you will be greeted by our friendly, helpful staff members who will be delighted to help you design the perfect cake for that special occasion or family gathering. Or you may want to take home a decadent dessert, grab some goodies for the folks at the office, or just satisfy a nagging sweet tooth. You will be licking you lips with delight when you taste the quality of our baked goods!
